Addressing the critical issue of land access and security is paramount. Our strategies include:

1.      Due Diligence and Verification: Establishing a robust system for conducting thorough due diligence on potential farmlands, verifying ownership, and ensuring clear titles to prevent disputes and scams. This will involve collaboration with traditional authorities, land commissions, and legal experts.

2.      Partnerships with Landowners: Forging transparent and mutually beneficial partnerships with local communities and traditional landowners to secure long-term leases or outright purchases of suitable agricultural land for our members. This approach emphasises fair compensation and community development.

3.      Land Bank Development: Exploring the possibility of creating a land bank, where the association acquires and manages large tracts of land, which can then be leased or sub-leased to members under secure and transparent terms. This would provide a centralized and reliable source of farmland.
